Start from the beginning

My personal trainer journey started when I joined a gym of my dreams. I got a trainer who introduced me to weights. The end.

I was diagnosed with IBS at a young age, this got me into the gym, or let’s say exercising. It was the best medicine for me at the time. I was once a class hog who stood in the same place, week in week out doing the same routine I’d done the previous half a year. At the time I loved it, but, like everything, there is more out there!

When I eventually joined a gym that valued its clients and started to train seriously for results it set off a passion for working out. I was hooked.

MY Mission

My personal training aim is to provide you with a personalised fitness plans and program while educating you. Like me, I want you to get you out of a routine for the masses and into training for you. Introduce you to lifting, learning something new and actually seeing results, whether that is in the mirror or in your day to day life.

I am about making sure you get closer to your goals. Happiness will naturally follow.


Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on you

CORE VALUES

Educate;

I am here to explain why you are doing a certain exercise and why you are eating a certain food.

I or any trainer will never know everything, but what I do know I am want to share.


Health and Fitness;

I believe in being healthy and fit. I base my training on how I feel and is it working towards my goal? Am I happier, it is something I want? This is something you should ask yourself when working out.


Balance;

I am a sweet addict and could not go without for weeks or months. I wouldn’t expect you to do the same. Whether it is fitness, food or fashion balance is key.
